As a college student, I understand how hard it is to keep up with a regimen. Most of the time we dread it because we do not like it. There are so many diets to chose from and there is not exactly a strict plan to follow all the time. You can create any dish, as simple as it may be, but your health is much more important than any regimen. Be creative and get to know more about food!
